10. Termination
The Agreement shall automatically terminate upon failure by you or any of your authorised agents to comply with its terms. Upon termination ALL copies of the font software, including back-up copies, must be destroyed.

9. Disclaimer and Limited Warranty
DSType Unipessoal Lda warrants the font software to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery as shown on your receipt. DSType Unipessoal Lda shall have no responsibility to replace the product or refund the purchase, if the failure results from accident, abuse or misapplication and other damage. DSType Unipessoal Lda does not grant further warranties than the liability of the font software and in no event be liable for any damages, including any lost profits or lost savings. Any replacement product will be warranted for 30 days.

8. Pricing
DSType Unipessoal Lda may, from time to time, update the Product. Product upgrade pricing may apply.

7. Embedding
The User may encode the font software in a secure electronic document for Previewing, Printing and Editing. As long as the fonts are in one Server, that Server can allow the font software may be used to create web documents in which the font software, or any part thereof, is embedded, regardless if the document is in a format that permits editing and alterations by the recipient of such document. The User undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to prevent the extraction of the Font Software, and in particular the setting up of links to the Font Software.

6. Modifications and Derivative Work
The User may not adapt, modify font spacing and kerning, create additional weights, modify existing characters, delete existing characters, or otherwise change the font software, or create derivative works from the font software or any portion thereof in exchange for a separate fee or other consideration without first obtaining written permission from DSType Unipessoal Lda.

5. Copyright
The User may not redistribute the font software by any means and must ensure the proper encoding to avoid the Font Software extraction from the Server. If you are unsure whether your use is not permitted, please contact DSType Unipessoal Lda for further information. The User may not rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the font software, or any copy thereof, except as expressly provided herein.

4. Back-Up and Third-Parties
The User may make ONE (1) back-up copy of the Font Software beyond the licensed copies, solely for archiving process and agrees to protect and control over such copy. In case of termination of the License Agreement, the User must immediately destroy the original and all copies of the Font Software under the conditions set in this agreement. 

3. Server License
The Basic Server License, allows the use of the Font Software on ONE (1) Server in ONE (1) geographic location only. The User can obtain a License Extension in order to use the Font Software on each additional Servers not covered by the Basic Server License. This license Extension is available up to Five Servers. With the Server License you are licensed to use the Font Software on the Web, with no limit of page views, give access to remote users or website visitors to generate PDFs, static and dynamic text, personalised graphics and printing of variable data. The final artwork can be downloaded, but the licensed fonts may not be distributed or downloaded from the server. The User must always ensure that the installed Font Software is protected against any means of unauthorised access or against unauthorised use.

2. License
DSType Unipessoal Lda, grants the User, upon payment in full, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to access the Font Software only for your Personal or Internal Business Use, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The license varies according to the needs and choices of the User, from a list of available options, each with its own authorisations and specifications (Desktop License, Corporate License, Web License, Broadcasting License, Apps/Ebooks License, Server License). In any of the available licenses, the User have no rights to the font software other than as expressly set forth in the Agreement. You agree that DSType Unipessoal Lda owns all right, title and interest in and to the font software, its structure, organisation, code, and related files, including all property rights therein such as copyright, design and trademarks rights. You agree that the font software, its structure, organisation, code, and related files are valuable property of DSType Unipessoal Lda and that any intentional Use of the Font Software not expressly permitted by the Agreement constitutes a theft of valuable property. All rights not expressly granted in the Agreement are expressly reserved to DSType Unipessoal Lda.

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter the "License Agreement”) becomes a binding contract between you (the User) and DSType Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Conservatória do Registo Comercial do Porto in 02-07-2007, with a capital of 5000 Euros, and the VAT number PT508223326, with corporate headquarters in Largo da Fontinha 14, 4000-241 Porto (hereinafter “DSType”), when you install a Font Software for use on any Workstation. If you do not wish to be bound by the Agreement, you cannot access, use or download the Font Software. Please read all of the Agreement before you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

This is the DSTYPE Font Software end user license agreement. Please read this document carefully and we recommend that you keep a copy for further reference.
